Experimental NewsBruiser feature in use (soon), be cautious

I am experimenting with a new NewsBruiser feature, so things might, or might not, get a little shoddy here. The feature is not in use quite yet. The feature in question is one that stores reader's last visit time in a cookie and the portal/python address only shows those entries that the reader hasn't seen yet. If the reader has seen all the entries, then all the entries (that usually would have been shown) will be shown.

One obvious and major flaw is that we can't deal with situations where a reader comes to the site from several different locations at different times.

I am not sure whether the feature is actually useful, but we'll see. And I'd, of course, like to have feedback how it feels for the end user, but I do acknowledge that most of my loyal readers access my writings through a so called RSS reader.
